Bin Rebuild - May 31, 2014

posted Jun 4, 2014, 9:34 PM by Sunnyside Compost   [ updated Jun 4, 2014, 9:49 PM ]

Turned out to be a beautiful weekend for us to rebuild the compost bin. The bin was only about a year old, but badly in need of repair and reinforcement. The hardest part was shovelling all that compost out of the bin and then back in once it was repaired. We did get the bin straightened out and level by Sunday afternoon. Thanks to everyone who helped! More photos here.
